Membership Information

Anyone wishing to become a member must complete the application form.

This will be reviewed as soon as possible by the club management committee and the applicant informed within 30 days whether the application has been approved.

All new members will be sent the club “Code of Conduct” to read, sign and return. The VR fish fishing code of conduct will also be provided and the expectation is that club members will adhere to this fishing code of conduct.

What to expect

Upon joining our club you will receive:

  • Basic information about fishing
  • Latest Victorian Fishing Regulations
  • Fish measuring tape
  • Information about the Anderson Inlet fishing environment
  • An electronic copy of our club constitution, membership rules and events calendar
  • An introduction to other club members and office holders and a ‘buddy’ to help you get to know us
  • The Club’s ‘Code of Conduct’
  • VRFish fishing code of conduct
  • A regular club newsletter – we love to receive input from members for the newsletter
  • A contact list for those members who have authorised for this information to be shared with other club members.

Membership Fees

Annual Fees for 2023-4 are low:

  • Family (2 adults & their children under 16) $35
  • Single Membership $25
  • Junior (under 16 years) Membership $5
  • Children and youths under 16 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult who is either a family member or family friend
  • Every meeting a small fee of $2 a person is payable to the Warrawee club whose premises we use for our meetings. Club Members over 50 years old can also take part in any of the listed activities at Warrawee.
